1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to users ("User" or "Member") of the kaj9 platform and all its services. By accessing kaj9 via the website, mobile app or any other digital channel, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the kaj9 platform. These Terms must always be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.

1.1 Definitions

In these Terms, "Platform" refers to all digital services of kaj9. "Member" refers to any registered user. "Balance" refers to both funds held in a member's account and bonus points.

1.2 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If online gaming is illegal in your country or region, you are not eligible to use this platform. Compliance with local laws is entirely the responsibility of the user.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on kaj9, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Each person may create only one account.

• The phone number or email address provided at registration must be active.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

3 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted from your account, even if someone accesses it without your authorization.

• Use a strong password consisting of at least 8 characters, numbers and special symbols.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone else.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.

kaj9 will never ask for your password, payment PIN or OTP code. If anyone asks for such information, treat it as fraudulent.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used to deposit funds into kaj9. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all methods). Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly, though a short delay may occur in the event of technical issues.

• Only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or receiving funds through them is strictly prohibited.
• kaj9 reserves the right to verify any deposit and may suspend or cancel suspicious transactions.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that your account is fully verified.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily limited if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

kaj9 offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions which must be read carefully before acceptance.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• After activating the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.
• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Once the wagering requirement is met, the bonus amount will be converted to cash balance.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

If any form of bonus abuse is detected — such as bonus arbitrage, collecting bonuses across multiple accounts from the same IP address, or artificially fulfilling wagering requirements — all bonuses and benefits associated with the relevant account will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

kaj9's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides various benefits including weekly cashback. It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular play.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The kaj9 platform offers betting on cricket, football and other sports, as well as slot games, casino games, fishing games and many other entertainment games. All games are conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Bets

The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or wager are set individually and are clearly displayed on the game page. These limits are subject to change.

6.2 Errors and Technical Issues

Any winnings or gains resulting from server errors, software bugs or technical issues will be considered void. kaj9 reserves the right to cancel any transactions where such errors are identified.

6.3 Game Results

All game results are determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) which is regularly audited by a third party. In the event of any dispute regarding game results, kaj9's decision will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kaj9 platform:

• Creating or misusing accounts through fraudulent means.
• Playing games using bots, automated software or any other artificial method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or error in the platform.
• Operating an account with a false identity or incorrect information.
• Harassing, intimidating or engaging in offensive behavior toward other members.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

kaj9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time without providing a reason, particularly if:

• Evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• Fraudulent activity on the account is suspected.
• The identity verification process has not been completed.
• Legal or regulatory action is required.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please notify the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

9 Responsible Gaming
